Dinner Specials 6th April

Stuffed Salmon  Lemon and white wine broiled salmon filet stuffed with spinach, artichoke hearts and sun dried tomatoes served over asparagus spears topped with a lemon dill sauce.

Scallops & Crabmeat Alfredo Sea scallops and surimi crabmeat sautéed with mushrooms and spinach tossed with pasta in a light alfredo sauce, dusted with asiago cheese.

Bourbon Street Shrimp Jumbo shrimp sautéed with apples, artichokes, scallions, tomatoes in a sweet spicy garlic sauce over rice.     

Roasted Red Pepper Basil Chicken Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, onions, zucchini and fresh basil in a roasted red pepper garlic parmesan cream sauce tossed with pasta.   


Wild Mushroom Rosemary Stockyard Steak  Char-grilled Angus stockyard sirloin steak over basil garlic bread topped with a wild mushroom-rosemary sauce and served a twice baked potato.

Chicken Elizabeth Chicken breast sautéed with portobello mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, broccoli and spinach in a garlic sherry Dijon cream sauce over pasta.   


Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
