Dinner Features April 2

Pan Seared Salmon
Fresh pan seared salmon filet topped with an herb infused hollandaise and presented over roasted potato wedges, served with asparagus spears  

Scallops Alfredo
Sea scallops pan seared with bacon, sun dried tomatoes and mushrooms tossed in a white wine Alfredo pan sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago and parmesan cheeses   

Teriyaki Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with shiitake mushrooms, onions, sweet peppers and scallions in a house made teriyaki sauce, served over white rice and finished with toasted sesame seeds 

Stout Stockyard Steak
Angus stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with a mushroom stout gravy and crispy onion straws, presented over herb cheddar mashed potatoes  

Southwest Citrus Chicken
Boneless chicken breast seasoned and char grilled, presented over southwest rice with corn and black beans, topped with a citrus salsa, avocado and chipotle sour cream  

Rosemary Panko Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with seasoned panko breading crust, presented over bacon gruyere mashed potatoes and finished with a rosemary cream sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
