Dinner Specials 15th April 2016

Beef Stockyard Provencal Grilled Angus Reserve beef stockyard steak served with merlot braised root vegetables, olives, fresh herbs , roasted potatoes and grilled flat bread.

Chicken Diane Sautéed chicken breast mushrooms and onions tossed with pasta in a sherry Dijon pan sauce with asiago cheese.

 Pasta Pescatora  Tiger shrimp and clams sautéed with roasted garlic and basil tossed with pasta in a fresh herb marinara.

  Chicken Napolean Herb crusted chicken breast layered with vine ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil served with a balsamic-burgundy glaze and asparagus spears. 


 Sea Scallops Classique  Pan-seared Sea Scallops with wild mushrooms and roasted cauliflower tossed with pasta and a horseradish cream sauce.                                                     


              Broiled Walleye Fresh Walleye broiled with Chablis and lemon,
               served with rice pilaf and a citrus salsa.

Park Ave Ahi Tuna Salad Pan-seared Herb Crusted Ahi Tuna presented over spinach and baby kale with a Quinoa salad of craisins, pecans, Bermuda onions and avocado with a citrus vinaigrette.

Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter 

Fish Fry Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
