Dinner Specials 29th April 2016

Stout Beef Stockyard Seasoned and Grilled Angus Reserve beef stockyard steak topped with stout caramelized onions, served with bacon-horseradish mashed potatoes and fresh asparagus spears.

Herb Crusted Chicken Sautéed fresh herb and panko crusted chicken breast in a white wine pan sauce with sundried tomatoes, artichokes and fresh rosemary over a lentil quinoa pilaf.

Bacon Pepper Jack Chicken Sautéed chicken breast with bacon, scallions and mushrooms in a creamy pepper jack alfredo over pasta.

 Shrimp Arrabiata Tiger shrimp sautéed with chopped clams and surimi crabmeat in a spicy marinara sauce with fresh basil and garlic, over pasta finished with asiago and parmesan cheese.


Sea Scallops Piccata Pan-seared Sea Scallops in a white wine lemon caper parsley sauce over pasta finished with asiago cheese.                                                     


              Char Grilled Walleye Grilled and seasoned Walleye topped with a brown butter     caramelized pineapple mango relish, over rice pilaf.


            Asian Seared Ahi Tuna Sesame crusted Ahi Tuna pan-seared with onions, sweet peppers, carrots and broccoli, finished with a house made teriyaki sauce over rice.

Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
