Dinner Features April 7

Stuffed Salmon
Faroe Island salmon filet stuffed with spinach, sun dried tomatoes, Kalamata olives and feta cheese broiled with lemon, wine and herbs, served with wild rice and tzatziki sauce - Try with Blue Moon  

Pasta Pescatore
Sea scallops pan seared with clams, tomatoes, onions and celery tossed with pasta and basil marinara - Try with Southern Tier IPA

Shrimp Scampi
Jumbo shrimp pan fried with tomatoes, artichokes and garlic served with spaghetti and a wine butter sauce with toasted bread crumbs – Try with Scotch Ale      

Honey Sriracha Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with bacon, mushrooms, onions and jalapeño peppers served over rice with honey sriracha barbeque sauce and white cheddar cheese – Try with Highland Lager

Angus Reserve Stockyard Steak
Angus reserve stockyard sirloin steak dry rubbed with pepper and garlic and char grilled to order, served with Aiden’s roasted garlic rosemary mashed potatoes and a roasted red pepper cream sauce  - Try with Coney Island Root Beer    

Chicken Rustica
Chicken breast sautéed with chorizo sausage, scallions and shrimp tossed with ziti and baked with a zippy parmesan cream sauce and a roasted red pepper – Try with Dale’s Pale Ale     

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
