Dinner Features April 10


Stuffed Walleye
Fresh walleye stuffed with spinach, olives, artichokes, sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese baked with a pecan panko crust served over wild rice with brown butt 

Scallops Dijon
Sea scallops pan seared with chorizo sausage, scallions and sun dried tomatoes tossed with pasta and a sherry Dijon sauce   

Spanish Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan fried with tomatoes and mushrooms served over white cheddar mashed with honey sriracha barbeque

Char Grilled Angus Reserve Stockyard Steak
Angus reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection presented with a twice baked potato and topped with mushroom and onion demi-glace and bleu cheese crumbles

Pan Seared Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with jalapeƱo peppers, onions, fresh lime and cilantro served over rice pilaf with bacon aioli

Seafood Mac & Cheese
Jumbo shrimp, clams, onions and celery tossed with ziti and a roasted red pepper cream sauce, baked with an herb crust

Surf & Turf Salad
A 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions char grilled to order and pan fried walleye served over mixed greens with roasted red peppers, capers and shaved artichokes with fresh mozzarella cheese and your choice of dressing

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
