Char Grilled Walleye
Seasoned and char grilled walleye finished with herb butter and presented over quinoa pilaf, served with sautéed baby kale

Orange Mango Mahi Mahi
Seasoned and broiled Mahi Mahi filet topped with orange mango chutney and presented over rice

Cranberry Pecan Sea Scallops
Broiled sea scallops topped with a pecan brown butter sauce, presented over sautéed baby spinach with a cranberry gastrique

Chorizo Barley Shrimp
Sautéed jumbo shrimp presented over roasted garlic, tomato and chorizo pearled barley risotto   

Montréal Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Montréal seasonings and finished with a balsamic glaze, presented over roasted garlic mashed potatoes and served with asparagus spears

Strawberry Avocado Chicken Salad
Boneless grilled chicken breast with strawberries, avocadoes and pecans served over baby spinach tossed in oil and vinegar

Chicken Vegetable Marinara
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with zucchini, summer squash, peppers, onion and garlic in a white wine marinara sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago and parmesan cheeses

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
