Dinner Specials November 27th


Mushroom Eggplant Beef Stockyard Dry rubbed and grilled
10oz beef stockyard steak smothered with a
wild mushrooms-eggplant demi-glace and fresh mozzarella,
served with rosemary mashed potatoes.   





Dijon Tarragon Sea Scallops Sautéed Sea Scallops, cauliflower, fresh rosemary, 
sun dried tomatoes with pasta and a Dijon tarragon cream sauce.  



Shrimp & Clams Sautéed Tiger shrimp and clams with basil, tomatoes and 
garlic tossed with pasta in a spicy white wine marinara.
 

Chicken Napoli Sautéed chicken breast with garlic and julienned spinach tossed with pasta  and cheese curds in a roasted red pepper sauce.    

  

Herb Crusted Ahi Tuna Pan seared herb crusted Ahi Tuna over white rice with sweet peppers, onions, scallions and mushrooms topped with a spicy sriracha sauce.



         Cajun Barramundi Seared cajun seasoned Barramundi presented with rice, fresh avocado  a chimichurri aioli and a black bean salsa.

 

Fresh Haddock Friday Breaded OR beer battered OR Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter.
