Dinner Features November 29


Stockyard Sirloin Florentine
Beef stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to perfection, served with sautéed spinach and a wild mushroom eggplant demi-glace with a side of rosemary mashed potatoes                                                                                                  

Chicken Piccata
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms and capers served over pasta with lemon butter and finished with asiago 

Santa Fe Chicken
Cajun seared boneless chicken breast with jalapeño peppers, onions, mushrooms and tomatoes served with mashed potatoes and melted cheddar cheese  

Butternut Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with bacon and scallions tossed with pasta in a butternut cream sauce  

Shrimp Rojo
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with spinach, onions and pasta tossed with a roasted red pepper cream          

Pescato Ajo
Your choice of a barramundi or red snapper filet pan seared with sweet peas, onions and tomato, finished with garlic herb butter and served with rice pilaf and asparagus spears

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
