Dinner Specials 28th November

Bacon Bleu Stockyard Sirloin Beef stockyard sirloin char grilled to perfection, topped with bacon and bleu cheese, finished with a balsamic glaze and served with a twice baked potato                                                                                                   

Southern Fried Chicken Chicken breast pan fried with a cajun beer batter served with parmesan herb mashed potatoes and chicken gravy

Roasted Red Pepper Chicken Boneless chicken breast pan seared in a roasted red pepper cream sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Lemon Caper Scallops Herb crusted deep sea scallops pan seared in a white wine lemon caper sauce with fresh spinach, kalamata olives, grape tomatoes and onions served over pasta and finished with asiago and parmesan

Sriracha Lime Shrimp  Jumbo shrimp marinated in sriracha and lime, flame broiled and finished with an avocado cream sauce, served over white rice with broccoli         

Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna Fresh ahi tuna steak pan seared in a sesame crust and topped with an orange sesame butter, served over asparagus spears with rice pilaf        

Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
