Dinner Specials Friday 20th November



Burgundy Beef Stockyard Sirloin Steak Grilled and seasoned 10oz
beef stockyard steak presented with a sauté of peppers,onions 
and mushrooms served with a burgundy jus and a twice baked potato.   





Rosemary Cream Sea Scallops Sautéed Sea Scallops with brussel sprouts and 
red peppers tossed with pasta and a rosemary cream sauce.  



Tuscan Shrimp Pan seared Tiger shrimp with escarole, tomatoes, artichokes 
and eggplant tossed with pasta and a garlic butter sauce, topped 
with feta cheese.
 

Chesapeake Chicken Pan fried Old Bay seasoning coated chicken breast,
with a creamy chicken gravy, corn and mashed potatoes.

  

Scarlett Snapper Pan seared panko crusted scarlett snapper with
cherry tomatoes, olives, garlic and onions served with a beurre blanc
and spinach aglio.



         Grilled Mahi Mahi Mahi Mahi filet seasoned and grilled, presented with a warm roasted beet and butternut salsa and served with asparagus spears.

 

Fresh Haddock Friday Breaded OR beer battered OR Haddock filet broiled
with lemon pepper butter.
