Scallops Butternut
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared and topped with a butternut squash cream sauce, served over homemade potato gnocchi    

Shrimp Jambalaya
Jumbo shrimp sautéed and presented over our jambalaya; wild rice with chorizo sausage, pulled pork, celery peppers and onions in a spicy tomato sauce

Wild Mushroom Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared and topped with a wild mushroom cream sauce, served over wild rice with asparagus spears

Parmesan Herb Crusted Barramundi
Fresh barramundi pan seared with a parmesan herb crust, topped with a lemon basil caper pan sauce and presented over roasted tomatoes, asparagus and fresh spinach

Cajun Bleu Flat Iron Steak
Beef Flat Iron steak dry rubbed with cajun spices and char grilled to perfection, topped with crumbly bleu cheese and crispy onion straws, presented with a twice baked potato and asparagus spears

Roasted Red Pepper Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with artichoke hearts in a roasted red pepper cream sauce, served over pasta 

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
