Dinner Features Friday 6th November

Choice Cut Beef Flat Iron Steak Pan-seared beef flat iron steak served with roasted potatoes, carrots, celery, red peppers and rosemary jus.   

Pineapple Curry Mahi Marinated char-grilled Mahi presented with rice pilaf and a pineapple curry chutney.  

Chesapeake Sea Scallops Sautéed Old Bay seasoned sea scallops with corn, scallions, zucchini and mushrooms tossed with pasta in a garlic wine sauce, topped with asiago cheese.  

          Italian Shrimp Pan seared Tiger shrimp, Italian sausage, eggplant, onion
                  pasta a parmesan herb marinara sauce  and asiago cheese.

Banana Walnut Chicken Sautéed banana bread crusted chicken breast, butternut squash, sweet peppers and caramelized onions with a side of mashed potatoes and a light sherry cream.


Cajun Broiled Cobia Broiled Cajun and lime seasoned Cobia presented with a sauté of black beans, tomatoes, spinach and jalapeno with rice and avocado.


Fresh Haddock Friday Breaded OR beer battered OR Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter.
