Dinner Features November 8

Char Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Beef stockyard sirloin perfectly seasoned and char grilled to order
served with artichoke hearts and roasted brussel sprouts and baked with fresh
mozzarella cheese, accompanied by a twice baked potato -Also try with a flat iron steak

Chesapeake Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops rubbed with Old Bay ® seasoning and broiled with lime, presented with a sauté of black beans, tomatoes, corn and jalapeños and served with rice pilaf 

Autumn Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with butternut squash and onions, served with pasta and a sherry apple cream sauce   

Chicken Napoli
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with shiitake mushrooms, zucchini and scallions tossed with pasta and cheese curds in a marinara sauce   

Chicken Palermo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with Italian sausage, sun dried tomatoes and shallots tossed with pasta in a roasted red pepper caper cream sauce and finished with asiago cheese   

Panko Crusted Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna steak pan seared to order in a panko crust served with bacon, caramelized onions and a cranberry beet reduction, presented with rice pilaf

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
