Dinner Specials November 25th Wednesday

Braised Short Ribs Jardinière Pan braised and perfectly seasoned Beef Short Ribs roasted in burgundy gravy with carrots, celery, tomatoes, peas and onions served parmesan smashed potatoes.

Chicken & Eggplant Italian Chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, peppers, onions, tomatoes and eggplant in a garlic basil marinara sauce over pasta topped with asiago cheese.

Chicken Portobello Pan seared chicken breast with portobello mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes in a sherry wine with a side of rice.

Sea Scallops Riccardo Sautéed sea scallops with mushrooms, onions, ham and sweet peas, served in a fresh basil lemon garlic wine sauce over pasta, dusted with asiago cheese.

Shrimp & Crabmeat Alfredo Jumbo shrimp sautéed with surimi crabmeat, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, broccoli and olives tossed with pasta in a light Alfredo sauce.       

Herb Crusted Red Snapper Pan-seared herb crusted red snapper in a white wine sauce over fresh asparagus topped with a zucchini citrus relish served with a side of rice.       

Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
