Horseradish Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with bacon, spinach and shallots tossed with pasta and scallions in a horseradish mustard sauce

Shrimp Jambalaya
Jumbo shrimp dusted with Cajun spices and seared with pulled pork, black beans, peppers and onions in a spicy tomato broth served with dirty rice 

Chicken Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with mushrooms and garlic in a three cheese Alfredo sauce, served over pasta and finished with a dusting of nutmeg  

Panko Crusted Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna steak pan seared with a panko crust, served with braised kale, garlic and sweet peppers, presented over wild rice with lemon butter  

Pan Seared Flat Iron Steak
Beef Flat Iron steak pan seared to order with roasted beets, caramelized onions and fresh rosemary, presented over mashed potatoes with marinated feta crumbles  

Southwest Chicken
Boneless chicken sautéed with tomatoes, corn, zucchini and peppers served over rice with a Cajun butter sauce and finished with avocado and cheddar cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
