Dinner Features November 22


Garlic Chili Rubbed Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin seasoned with a garlic chili rub and char grilled to order, presented with bacon, caramelized onions and asiago cheese, served with mashed potatoes                                                                                                 

Chicken Dijon
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with sun dried tomatoes, shaved brussel sprouts and pasta tossed with a Dijon cream    

Chicken French
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with broccoli and artichoke hearts in a lemon sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Beet Jalapeño Sea Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared and presented with shaved beets, jalapeño peppers and onions served with rice pilaf and a dollop of sour cream  

Sherry Beet Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared in a savory crust with mushrooms and zucchini, served with mashed potatoes and a sherry beet reduction       

Herb Crusted Snapper
Fresh scarlet snapper pan seared in an herb crust with wild mushrooms, shallots and capers served with a side of pasta and an herb butter sauce   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
