Dinner Features November 12


Entrees:
Scallops Amatriciana
Sea scallops sautéed with tomatoes, basil and garlic tossed with pasta and a parmesan tomato sauce      

Seafood Newburg
Jumbo shrimp and surimi crabmeat sautéed with tomatoes and onions served over rice pilaf in a light sherry cream sauce

Chicken Carbonara
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with bacon and peas tossed with parmesan, butter, eggs and cracked pepper, served over pasta  

Pan Seared Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna steak pan seared to order and presented with a roasted red pepper Florentine cream sauce and asparagus spears     

Wild Mushroom Stockyard Sirloin
10oz Beef stockyard sirloin perfectly seasoned and char grilled to perfection, presented with sautéed wild mushrooms and marinated feta cheese, served with a twice baked potato 

Sheppard’s Pie
A stew of ground beef and pork, onions, corn topped with a baked pillow of mashed potatoes 

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter

Dessert Features:
Hot Fudge Chocolate Cake Decadence Sundae
Homemade chocolate cake topped with vanilla ice cream, hot fudge and whipped cream
