Dinner Features for January 3rd


Crab and Herb Stuffed Sirloin
Seasoned beef sirloin medallions stuffed with claw crabmeat and fresh herbs, char grilled to order and served with bacon horseradish mashed potatoes and sautéed brussel sprouts   

Southern Fried Chicken
Boneless chicken breast battered and deep fried, topped with a parmesan cream sauce and served with a twice baked potato   

Chicken Cordon Bleu
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with smoked ham and tossed in a Dijon cream sauce, served over linguini and topped with grated Swiss cheese  

Scallops Francois
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with a panko crust in a white wine garlic sauce, served over fresh mesclun with a balsamic reduction and side of asparagus spears 

Shrimp Jambalaya
Jumbo shrimp, chorizo sausage and pulled pork sautéed with Cajun holy trinity in a tomato garlic sauce, served over rice pilaf  

Asian Ahi Tuna
Fresh orange ginger glazed ahi tuna steak sautéed with a sesame seed crust and topped with Asian slaw, presented over rice pilaf and served with a side of broccoli                                `

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
