Dinner Features for January 17th

Guinness® Stockyard Steak
10 oz. beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to order, topped with Guinness® caramelized onions and served with grilled asparagus spears and a twice baked potato  

Gnocchi and Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared and topped with a balsamic reduction served with house made gnocchi in a butternut cream sauce  

Shrimp Caprese
Jumbo shrimp sautéed in a white wine garlic sauce with fresh basil, tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese served over pasta   

Grilled Mahi Mahi
Marinated and grilled mahi mahi topped with an avocado and cherry tomato salsa served with broccoli over white rice 

Chicken Dijon
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with ham, mushrooms and roasted red peppers in a Dijon cream sauce, served over pasta  

Chicken Carbonara
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with Applewood smoked bacon in a creamy Carbonara sauce with fresh basil and parsley, served over spaghetti 

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
