Dinner Features for January 26th

Italian Seasoned Stockyard
10 oz. Italian seasoned, stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order served over sun dried tomato and basil parmesan smashed potatoes finished with an herb compound butter 

New Orleans Mahi Mahi
Mahi Mahi filet pan seared with a spicy herb crust, served on a bed of sautéed spinach, tomatoes, corn, onions, black beans and diced jalapenos, accompanied by rice pilaf  

Scallops Tarragon
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with shiitake mushrooms, zucchini and broccoli in tarragon cream sauce served over pasta 

Shrimp Italian
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, julienned peppers, onions and tomatoes served over pasta in garlic fresh basil white wine marinara sauce finished with parmesan cheese  

Chicken ala Romano
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives and broccoli tossed with pasta in a light alfredo sauce   

Stuffed Haddock
Fresh skinned haddock filet stuffed with spinach, crab meat, sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese, broiled in white wine and lemon served over butternut curry yogurt sauce with rice pilaf

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
