Dinner Features for January 20th

Cajun Mahi Mahi Tacos
Fresh mahi mahi pan seared with Cajun spices and rolled in flour tortillas with Asian slaw and avocado aioli, served with white rice- (two per order) 

Wild Mushroom Stockyard
Ten ounce beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to order, topped with a wild mushroom bordelaise sauce, served with asparagus spears and a twice baked potato  

Scallops Mornay
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared and presented over a sautéed vegetable medley on a bed of rich Mornay sauce, finished with balsamic glaze      

Mediterranean Shrimp Scampi
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with tomatoes, kalamata olives and oregano in a lemon white wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with feta cheese  

Southwest Chicken
Boneless marinated chicken breast grilled and topped with cheddar cheese, jalapeños and a chipotle remoulade served over rice pilaf   

Chicken Asiago
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with bacon, onions and sun dried tomatoes in a creamy asiago Alfredo sauce, served over pasta     

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
