Dinner Features for January 6th

Mahi Mahi Aglio Olio
Fresh mahi mahi filet broiled with lemon, butter and white wine served over pasta tossed with garlic and olive oil, served with asparagus spears and finished with asiago cheese 

Sicilian Grilled Stockyard
10 oz. stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order, dusted with Italian seasoned bread crumb, topped with sautéed mushrooms and melted asiago cheese and served with a twice baked potato served  

Scallops Rockefeller
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with mushrooms, fresh spinach and diced onions in a sherry cream sauce, served over pasta  

Shrimp Primavera
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms and mixed garden vegetables in a light alfredo sauce, tossed with pasta  

` Chicken Portobello
Chicken breast sautéed with portobello mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and scallions in a garlic sherry brown sauce, served with a side of rice pilaf  

Herb Crusted Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with an herb crust and finished with a caramelized rosemary apple onion jam, served over rice pilaf   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
