Dinner Features for January 10th

Grilled Salmon
Grilled salmon filet presented with sautéed spinach and a crispy zucchini cake, finished with a Beaujolais cracked peppercorn reduction 

Barbeque Glazed Delmonico
Seasoned 12oz. Delmonico steak char grilled to order, presented with sweet and savory orzo and a barbeque glaze 

Scallops Risotto
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared and presented with wild mushroom and cauliflower risotto style orzo, finished with asiago cheese  

Shrimp & Crab Alfredo
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with surimi crabmeat, roasted red peppers and leeks, tossed with pasta in garlic Alfredo sauce 

Chicken Lafayette
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with jalapeno peppers, sweet corn and onions in a tomato cream sauce, served with cheddar mashed potatoes  

Homemade Jalapeño Macaroni & Cheese
Elbow macaroni mixed with blended cheeses and jalapeño peppers baked with a fresh herb crust and served with garlic bread 

Panko Crusted Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a panko crust, presented with chorizo chutney and asparagus     

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
