Dinner Features for January 18th

Stuffed Stockyard Drewser 

10 oz. beef stockyard sirloin steak stuffed with house made ricotta and spinach; char grilled to order presented with garlic gnocchi and tomato cream   

Scallops Carbonara   

Deep sea scallops sautéed with bacon and asparagus tossed with spaghetti Carbonara and asiago cheese 

Blackened Shrimp    

Jumbo Cajun crusted shrimp pan seared with black beans, corn, tomatoes and caramelized onions served with white rice and basil wine sauce    

Grilled Grouper Dijon   

Grouper filet seasoned and char grilled served with rice pilaf and asparagus spears and Dijon cream sauce 

Horseradish Chicken Beurre Blanc  

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with shave brussel sprouts, wild mushrooms and roasted red pepper; tossed with pasta in horseradish beurre blanc  

Chicken Caprese Cavolo 

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with braised kale and tomatoes tossed with pasta topped with fresh mozzarella cheese and a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic glaze   

Fresh Broiled Haddock

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
