Dinner Features for January 7th

Broiled Mahi Mahi
Fresh broiled mahi mahi filet topped with seared portobello mushrooms, zucchini and sweet red peppers, served over asparagus spears  

Grilled Sirloin Fromage
Twin beef sirloin medallions seasoned and char grilled to order, topped with melted bleu cheese crumbles and served with a twice baked potato served  

Scallops Angelina
Dry packed deep sea scallops broiled with tomatoes, garlic and lemon in Marsala wine sauce topped with melted mozzarella cheese served with rice pilaf  

Shrimp Mornay
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with broccoli and sun dried tomatoes in a Swiss cheese cream sauce, tossed with pasta  

Chicken Stir Fry
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms and mixed garden vegetables in ginger teriyaki sauce, served over rice pilaf  

Homemade Jalapeño Macaroni & Cheese
Elbow macaroni mixed with blended cheeses and jalapeño peppers baked with a fresh herb crust and served with garlic bread 

Rosemary Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with artichoke hearts, onions, scallions and fresh spinach in a fresh rosemary garlic white wine sauce    

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
