Dinner Features for January 21st


Sesame Orange Ginger Ahi Tuna
Ahi tuna steak pan seared to order with a sesame crust and finished with an orange ginger glaze, served with asparagus spears and rice pilaf  

Cracked Pepper & Garlic Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin steak hand rubbed with cracked peppercorns and fresh minced garlic cloves, char grilled to order and presented over avocado remoulade with sautéed vegetable medley and bacon cheddar mashed potatoes 

Asiago Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops breaded in asiago cheese and pan seared in a white wine tomato sauce with fresh basil, presented over pasta and served with garlic bread       

Barbeque Bacon Wrapped Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp wrapped in bacon and pan seared, tossed in barbeque sauce then finished on the char grill, served with asparagus spears and a twice baked potato   

Chicken & Artichoke French
Boneless chicken breast and artichoke hearts dipped in egg batter and pan seared in a lemon sherry sauce, served over pasta with broccoli 

Herb Crusted Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with an herb crust, served in a roasted red pepper cream sauce over pasta  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
