Dinner Features for January 24th

Certified Angus Bone in Ribeye
Perfectly marbled 12 ounce Certified Angus beef Ribeye steak seasoned with a sweet and spicy Kansas City dry rub, char grilled to perfection and presented with bacon wrapped asparagus spears and butternut mashed potatoes  

Herb Crust Salmon
Salmon filet pan seared with an herb crust, presented with an Italian sauce flight of asiago cream sauce and marinara, served with grilled asparagus spears  

Tuscan Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops seared with tomatoes, capers, garlic and rosemary in a white wine pan sauce, tossed with pasta        

Shrimp Portofino
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms and spinach, tossed with pasta in a lemon butter sauce   

Carmella’s Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with bacon and root beer glazed onions tossed with pasta in an asiago cream sauce   

Chicken Classico
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with mushrooms, peppers and onions tossed with pasta in a spicy marinara sauce with crumbled feta cheese  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
