Dinner Features for January 11th

Mahi Béarnaise 
Mahi mahi filet pan seared with panko herb crust presented with asparagus spears and sauce béarnaise  

Delmonico Beaujolais
Seasoned 12oz. Delmonico steak char grilled to order, presented with ricotta bruschetta, sherry onions with bacon and a cracked pepper Beaujolais reduction 

Scallops Duchessa
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with roasted red peppers served with garlic rosemary orzo pasta   

Cauliflower Cream Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms tossed with pasta in cauliflower cream sauce with parmesan cheese  

Chicken Italiano
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with a medley of vegetables tossed with pasta in herb butter sauce finished with asiago cheese  

Homemade Jalapeño Macaroni & Cheese
Elbow macaroni mixed with blended cheeses and jalapeño peppers baked with a fresh herb crust and served with garlic bread 

Chicken French
Boneless chicken breast dipped in egg batter sautéed with broccoli and artichoke hearts in lemon sherry wine sauce served over pasta with asiago cheese 

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
