Dinner Features for January 27th


Italian Seasoned Stockyard with Guinness® Barbeque
10 oz. Italian seasoned, stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order and topped with a Guinness® mushroom barbeque sauce, presented over bruschetta tapenade and served with sun dried tomato and basil parmesan smashed potatoes  

Broiled Mahi Mahi
Mahi Mahi filet broiled and topped with a spicy pineapple chutney, served over rice pilaf with asparagus spears  

Scallops Provençal
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, onions and kalamata olives in a garlic basil white wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with parmesan cheese    

Shiitake Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with shiitake mushrooms, broccoli and sun dried tomatoes served over pasta in a sherry cream sauce   

Chicken Beans and Greens over Pasta
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with Italian sausage, white beans and escarole in a garlic white wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with parmesan cheese    

Stuffed Haddock French
Fresh skinned haddock filet stuffed with spinach, crab meat, sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese, dipped in an egg batter and sautéed in a lemon sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
