Dinner Features for December 30th

Montreal Grilled Stockyard
10 ounce beef stockyard sirloin char grilled with Montréal seasonings, topped with a roasted red pepper mushroom herb cream sauce and served with parmesan garlic smashed potatoes 

Stuffed Mahi Mahi
Broiled mahi mahi filet stuffed with spinach, (surimi) crabmeat and asiago cheese served over asparagus spears and topped with a butternut pecan cream sauce  

Scallops Rossa
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with Italian sausage, mushrooms, onions, artichoke hearts, tomatoes and scallions in a white wine fresh basil marinara sauce, served over pasta and topped with asiago cheese 

Shrimp Taglia Tele Verde
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with ham, mushrooms, fresh spinach and onions in a light Alfredo sauce, tossed with pasta

Chicken Primavera
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms and mixed garden vegetables in a garlic sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and topped with asiago cheese 

Chicken Coq Au Vin
boneless chicken breast sautéed with bacon, mushrooms and onions in a marsala brown sauce, served with rice pilaf  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
