Dinner Features for December 6th


Southwestern Stockyard
10 oz. beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled and topped with guacamole and black bean corn salsa, served with asparagus and cheddar herb mashed potatoes  

Herb Chicken Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with an herb crust, presented over three cheese penne Alfredo with broccoli  

Pacific Lime Mahi Mahi
Marinated mahi mahi filet grilled and topped with cucumber pineapple salsa, served over wild rice                               `

Scallops Caprese
Dry packed deep sea scallops broiled and topped with tomato, basil and fresh mozzarella drizzled with pesto and served with linguini in a white wine garlic sauce  

Shrimp Creole
Jumbo shrimp sautéed in a tomato Creole sauce, served over rice pilaf with asparagus  

Walnut Crusted Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with a walnut crust and topped with a strawberry cream sauce, served with broccoli 

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
