Dinner Features for December 17th

Char Grilled Beef Medallions
Twin 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions char grilled to order, topped with a tarragon mushroom cream sauce, presented over bruschetta and served with a twice baked potato  

Scallops Italian
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with eggplant, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers and onions in a fresh basil marinara sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Broiled Mahi Mahi
Mahi mahi filet broiled with a spinach tomato au gratin crust, served with rosemary cream sauce over fresh asparagus spears  

Shrimp Burgundette
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with portobello mushrooms, artichoke hearts, tomatoes and broccoli in a burgundy gravy sauce, served over rice pilaf  

Chicken Pesto Broccoli Casserole
oneless chicken breast baked in a pesto cream sauce with broccoli and sun dried tomatoes, served with garlic bread  

Chicken Picatta
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, fresh spinach, kalamata olives and capers in a garlic lemon sherry sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese  

Fresh Broiled Haddock   

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
