Dinner Features for December 14th

          Grilled Stockyard
10 oz. house seasoned beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order, served atop a portobello and Boursin cheese wheel and mashed potatoes; garnished with a roasted red pepper coulis   

Scallops Alexander
Dry packed deep sea scallops broiled with bacon, tomatoes, lemon juice and white wine, served over rice pilaf with crumbled feta cheese 

Almond Mahi Mahi
Almond herb crusted mahi mahi pan seared, served with fresh asparagus spears and cucumber lime salsa
Shrimp Scampi
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with tomatoes and shaved asparagus tossed with pasta in garlic butter with asiago cheese 

Chicken Diane
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, scallions and fresh garlic in a burgundy pan sauce, presented atop mashed potatoes     

Pub Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with sweet peas, carrots and onions; tossed with pasta in a savory cream sauce 

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
