Dinner Features for December 16th

West Coast Beef Burgundy
Twin 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions char grilled to order, topped with burgundy sauce with tomatoes and artichokes, presented over bruschetta and served with a twice baked potato   

Scallops Asiago
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with broccoli, zucchini and sweet red bell peppers in a garlic asiago cream sauce, served over pasta 

Stuffed Mahi Mahi
Broiled Mahi mahi filet stuffed with spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers and fresh basil presented over fresh asparagus spears and pasta in with rosemary roasted red pepper cream sauce 

Garlic Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, sweet peas and spinach in a garlic butter basil sauce, served over rice pilaf   

Chicken & Eggplant Marinara
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with eggplant, tomatoes, mushrooms, kalamata olives, artichoke hearts and scallions, served over pasta in a garlic basil white wine marinara and finished with asiago cheese 

Chicken Portobello
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with portobello mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and scallions in a sherry brown sauce, served with rice pilaf 

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
