Dinner Features for December 7th

Bacon Wrapped Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops wrapped with apple wood smoked bacon; broiled and served with mashed potatoes, caramelized onions and barbecue sauce  

Southwestern Stockyard
10 oz. stockyard steak char grilled to order presented with melted brie cheese and roasted red pepper coulis accompanied by wild rice 

Bayou Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with black beans, chorizo sausage, tomatoes and sweet corn served with rice pilaf and Cajun butter sauce 

Mahi Mahi
Chef trimmed mahi mahi filet char grilled served with bruschetta pasta and burgundy balsamic glaze 

Salmon, mahi mahi and chopped clams stewed with mirepoix, tomatoes and fresh rosemary served with garlic croutons in a rich court bouillon broth 

Chicken Oscar
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with (surimi) crabmeat and scallions tossed with pasta in hollandaise sauce  

Chicken au Poivre
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with onions and peas with peppercorn Dijon wine sauce, finished with a dusting of asiago cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
