Dinner Features for December 20th

Bacon Wrapped Sirloin Medallions
Twin beef sirloin medallions wrapped in bacon and char grilled to order, topped with a wild mushroom bordelaise sauce, presented over sautéed baby spinach and served with garlic herb mashed potatoes  

Scotch Ale Barbeque Chicken
Boneless chicken breast grilled and topped with a house made scotch ale barbeque sauce, cheddar cheese and bacon, served with asparagus spears and a twice baked potato   

Thai Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with ginger and lime, tossed with a Thai peanut sauce and fresh cilantro, served over white rice with broccoli  

Scallops French
Dry packed deep sea scallops dipped in an egg batter and pan seared in a lemon sherry butter sauce, served over linguini with broccoli  

Cajun Shrimp Alfredo
Jumbo shrimp dusted with Cajun spices and pan seared, served in a creamy Alfredo sauce over pasta  

Sesame Crusted Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared in a sesame crust, topped with an orange ginger sauce and served over rice pilaf with asparagus spears                                `

Mussels Arrabiata
Prince Edward Isle Mussels sautéed in a spicy red sauce, served over linguini with a side of garlic bread 

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
