Dinner Features for December 28th

Grilled Stockyard
Seasoned 10 oz. stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, served with mashed potatoes and asparagus finished with horseradish mustard sauce 

Pan Seared Ahi
Panko crusted ahi pan seared to order; served with shaved brussel sprouts, garlic and bacon tossed with pasta in rosemary butter sauce 

Cajun Scallops
Cajun seasoned dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with roasted red peppers, onions and mushrooms served over rice pilaf with black bean puree 

Shrimp Florentine
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with spinach and roasted tomatoes tossed with pasta in lemon wine sauce with grated feta cheese 

Chicken Teriyaki
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with carrots, almonds and scallions; served over rice with mushroom teriyaki sauce and toasted sesame seeds   

Country Chicken
Boneless herb crusted chicken breast served with mashed potatoes and country gravy   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
