Dinner Features for Friday December 12th

Grilled Stockyard
10 oz. house seasoned stockyard steak char grilled to order, presented with asparagus spears and Boursin cheese; accompanied by roasted red pepper mashed potatoes  

Holiday Scallops
Dry packed sea scallops pan seared with bacon, scallions and pecans served with sweet potatoes and brown butter sauce 

Snapper filet pan seared, presented over cracked pepper orzo with compound herb butter 

Shrimp & Orzo
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with caramelized onions and sweet peas presented atop parmesan orzo 

Grilled Mahi Mahi
Fresh, chef cut mahi mahi lightly marinated and char grilled, presented with a sauté of artichoke hearts, rosemary and yellow squash tossed with pasta in white wine marinara 

Herb Chicken
Boneless herb crusted chicken breast sautéed with zucchini and sweet peppers; presented over asparagus spears, finished with Dijon cream sauce 

Chicken Piccata
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with capers and mushrooms, served over pasta with lemon wine sauce 

Fish Fry
Breaded or beer battered haddock 

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
