Dinner Features for December 9th

Scallops Penne
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with portobello mushrooms, tomatoes and fresh spinach in a roasted red pepper cream sauce, tossed with penne pasta   

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Beef stockyard sirloin char grilled to order topped with a horseradish basil sauce and presented over roasted garlic parmesan smashed potatoes   

Ginger Orange Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with shiitake mushrooms, broccoli, zucchini and sweet red bell peppers in a sweet and sour ginger orange sauce, served over rice and finished with almonds   

Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
Mahi mahi filet pan seared and presented with a warm avocado citrus chutney and served with asparagus spears and wild rice  

Tuscan Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with chorizo sausage, fresh spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms and onions in a spicy garlic sauce, served over pasta and topped with asiago cheese   

Chicken Provençal
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with eggplant, kalamata olives, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers and onions in a garlic basil white wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
