Dinner Features for December 13th


Cajun Grilled Stockyard
10 oz. beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Cajun spices, presented with a cucumber lime salsa and rice pilaf   

Chicken Napoleon
Boneless chicken breast pan seared and layered with Boursin cheese and portobello mushrooms, finished with a roasted red peppers coulis    

Chicken du Chef
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with sweet peas and caramelized onions, tossed with pasta in a Marsala cream sauce  

Herb Crust Mahi Mahi
Mahi mahi filet pan seared in an herb crust with artichokes and capers, served with a sherry butter sauce and asparagus spears                                `

Aegean Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with eggplant, kalamata olives, sun dried tomatoes and pepperoncini served with pasta in a white wine marinara and finished with feta cheese 

Citrus Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan fried with scallions, tomatoes and lemon basil orzo   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
