Dinner Features for November 30th

Grilled Snapper
Scarlett snapper filet pan seared with artichoke hearts and sun dried tomatoes served with asparagus spears and sherry pan sauce                    `

10oz. sirloin steak char grilled to order; presented with wild mushroom hunters sauce and smooth melted brie cheese accompanied by a twice baked potato 

Herb Scallops Aglio e Olio
Deep sea scallops broiled with herb butter and lemon juice presented with pasta aglio e olio 

French Quarter Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with chorizo sausage, onions, tomatoes and fresh basil served over mashed potatoes with roasted red pepper coulis finished with asiago cheese

Turkey Tetrazzini
Roasted turkey, mushrooms, peas and onions baked in béchamel with spaghetti and parmesan herb crumbs

Chicken Rustica
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with bacon and mushrooms; tossed with ziti in spicy garlic cream sauce finished with parmesan herb crumbs

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
