Dinner Features for November 11th

New York Style Grilled Stockyard
Beef Stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to order, topped with a burgundy portobello sauce and served with a baked potato with garlic butter and sour cream    


Seafood Newburg
Deep sea scallops, chopped clams and surimi crabmeat sautéed with peppers and onions in a sherry cream sauce served over rice pilaf   


Shrimp Ziti Parmesan Basil
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with zucchini, mushrooms, tomatoes and onions in a parmesan marinara basil sauce, tossed with ziti


Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet pan seared and topped with a lemon herb hollandaise sauce, served over asparagus spears


Chicken French
Boneless chicken breast dipped in egg batter and sautéed with broccoli in a lemon sherry wine sauce, served over pasta 


Normandy Chicken Florentine
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with apples, artichokes and spinach in a sherry wine sauce, served over pasta


Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
