Dinner Features for November 10th

Bistro Scallops
Deep sea panko encrusted scallops sautéed with zucchini, yellow squash and tomatoes in a Marsala cream sauce, served over mashed potatoes  

Grilled Beef Stockyard
10oz beef stockyard sirloin char grilled to perfection, topped with brie cheese and portobello gravy, served with a stuffed baked potato  

Shrimp du Chef
Ocean garden jumbo shrimp sautéed with portobello mushrooms, onions and asparagus in a sherry wine sauce, served over rice pilaf

Mahi Mahi Tropicale
Fresh mahi mahi filet pan seared and topped with a pineapple strawberry salsa, presented over asparagus spears

Herb Crusted Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with an herb crust, topped with a tarragon sauce and presented over asparagus spears

Chicken Vino
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with tomatoes, artichokes and mushrooms in a white wine sauce, served over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
