Dinner Features for November 29th


Grilled Snapper
Marinated scarlet snapper filet char grilled, presented with spinach aglio and roasted red pepper coulis finished with asiago cheese         `

Hearth Stockyard Steak
10oz. house seasoned sirloin steak char grilled to order with melted brie and salt roasted beets; accompanied by roasted potatoes  

Chorizo Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with chorizo sausage, chopped clams, black beans, scallions and tomatoes served over rice pilaf in basil wine sauce

Shrimp Choron
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with peas and onions tossed with pasta in sauce choron

Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
Panko herb crusted mahi mahi filet pan seared with capers, asparagus and brown butter sauce served with rice pilaf

Turkey Tetrazzini
Roasted turkey breast, mushrooms, peas and onions baked in béchamel with spaghetti and parmesan herb crumbs

Hunters Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with wild mushrooms and scallions, tossed with pasta in hunters sauce with a dusting of asiago cheese
