Dinner Features for November 19th


Sicilian Grilled Stockyard Steak
Beef stockyard sirloin char grilled with Italian seasonings and topped with sautéed mushrooms, finished with asiago cheese and served over bruschetta, accompanied by a twice baked potato   

Scallops Carouso
Deep sea scallops sautéed with ham, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions and scallions in a garlic basil white wine marinara sauce, topped with asiago cheese  

Holiday Seared Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared and served with a spiced cranberry glaze chutney, served over rice pilaf

Herb Crust Swordfish
Swordfish steak pan seared with an herb crust, served over asparagus spears and finished with a basil sun dried tomato avocado cream sauce

Chicken & Wild Mushroom Stroganoff
Boneless chicken breast strips sautéed with button, shiitake and portobello mushrooms in a hearty brown gravy sauce, served over noodles and topped with sour cream  

Chicken du Chef
Boneless chicken breast sautéed in a garlic lemon sherry parmesan sauce, topped with a crab augratin crust, served over pasta and drizzled with a hollandaise tarragon sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
