Dinner Features for November 16th

Scallops Au Poivre
Deep sea scallops pan seared with asparagus and roasted red peppers, served with a peppercorn Dijon sauce served over pasta

Char grilled swordfish steak served over asparagus spears topped with chilled tropical salsa

Twin seasoned sirloin medallions char grilled to perfection, topped with brie cheese and rosemary mushroom demi glace; accompanied by a twice baked potato

Boneless pan seared chicken breast served with mixed greens, corn, scallions and roasted red peppers finished with Cajun hollandaise
