Dinner Features for November 18th


Montréal Grilled Stockyard Steak
Beef stockyard sirloin char grilled with Montréal seasonings and topped with wild mushroom Madeira sauce, finished with melted asiago cheese and served with a twice baked potato 

Scallops Angelina
Deep sea scallops broiled in Marsala wine with garlic and tomatoes, topped with melted mozzarella cheese and served with a side of rice pilaf

Shrimp & Broccoli Alfredo
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with broccoli and sun dried tomatoes in a light basil Alfredo sauce, tossed with pasta  

Grilled Swordfish
Marinated and char grilled swordfish steak served over asparagus spears topped with an avocado cream sauce and served with a side of rice pilaf 

Winter Harvest Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed in a garlic sherry wine sauce, served over homemade stuffing and finished with a spiced cranberry glaze

Herb Crust Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with an herb crust, presented over asparagus spears and topped with basil citrus chutney   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
