Dinner Features for November 25th

Santa Fe Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with sweet corn, tomatoes, black beans, peppers and onions in a spicy sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with cheddar cheese and sour cream  

 Scallops Tagliatelle Verde
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with ham, mushrooms, onions and spinach served over pasta in a garlic Alfredo sauce 

Montreal Sirloin Medallions
Twin 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions char grilled with Montréal seasonings, topped with basil mushroom Marsala brown sauce and presented over pesto bruschetta, served with twice baked potato 

Lemon Oregano Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with kalamata olives, tomatoes, peppers and onions in a white wine lemon oregano sauce, finished with feta cheese  

Beet Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with an herb crust and topped with caramelized onions, presented over a sour cream beet sauce and served with rice pilaf

Grilled Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna steak grilled to order with an augratin crab crust, drizzled with an avocado cream sauce and presented over asparagus spears  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
