Dinner Features for November 15th

Bistro Beef Stockyard Steak
Beef stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to perfection, presented with a spicy tomato jam and brie crostini and served with a twice baked potato  


Scallops Au Poivre
Deep sea scallops pan seared with asparagus and roasted red peppers, served with a peppercorn Dijon sauce and mashed potatoes


Shrimp Tamil
Jumbo shrimp pan seared in a curry ginger crust with cabbage, carrots and apples, served with rice pilaf and finished with toasted almonds


Stuffed Salmon
Atlantic salmon filled with crab meat stuffing and pan seared with tomatoes and asparagus, served over wild rice and finished with Creole hollandaise


Hunter’s Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with tomatoes and onions in a wild mushroom hunter sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese  


Chicken Cacciatore
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, peppers, onions and garlic in a herb marinara sauce, served over pasta and finished with parmesan cheese  


Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
